《美女的诞生》是一个全新的视频节目，专业医师，养身医美达人陈孝志揭开整形的神秘面纱。怎样改变自己最安全，最适合，什麽样的整形心态最健康，一个最写实的整形实境秀。呈现平凡女如何变成人人称羡的美女。节目以海选的方式，选出最需要改造的素人进行PK，初选先由数十位医学院的学生票选，让观众看到，不起眼的外表，或者是不够完美的外表，到底对她们的生活造成多大的改变。节目深入浅出，以实境故事，配合专业过程及知识讯息，让人更了解整形医美或瘦身彩妆。也透过节目潜移默化，让想整形的观众了解，透过整形能真正帮你圆梦。

台湾知名主持人海裕芬的网路节目“美女的诞生”，第二季圆梦计划即将在9月播出，这次参赛者报名非常踊跃,养生医美达人陈孝志以及好友贺尔蒙一起制作的励志节目，美女的诞生，最后选出一位最有决心，勇气以及故事最感人的参赛者进行改造，由名医李进良率领旗下张格彰，张峰瑞医师，共同改造，而这次比上集更特别的是每个医师负责一个部位，陈孝志说其实医师并不是所有都10项全能喔。因为每个医师都有自己的专长，所以这次经过沟通脸的部分由李进良来打造包括眼睛填补脂肪以及鼻子让5官看起来更协调，其次由削骨达人张格彰负责下巴延长术，让她变得更有女性的柔和。其次再由另外医师，打造完美的水蜜桃美胸，陈孝志说接触医美或整形16年所以其实我常会建议要做任何医美前都先注意每个医师的自己强项，以前挖掘捧红不少艺人现在比以前更加不容易是要经过改造心态后再转换成艺人。用最精彩事实的节目呈现完全真实的一面，尤其在心态与心灵双管齐下才能达到真善美。
